Greens Road. It’s typically an area people avoid because of crime, but it’s a public space that is currently being beautified. It’s been cool to be part of that effort for projects all over the Houston area. I love getting to see public areas get cleaned up after being in decline for decades. It creates places for people to come together.  

I was a teacher in my previous life and I’ve been able to transfer many of those skills into my current role as an estimator. 

For candidates without experience, I’d tell them to be patient. There is a lot to learn. For candidates with experience – be teachable.  Renfrow has a different way because our focus is on our clients and their vision. 

I learned how to ride a motorcycle! I broke my shoulder in January of 2023 and got back on it for the first time in December of 2023. When you fall off the horse, you have to get up and get back on.
