What made you decide to start Renfrow+Co?
Once the opportunity presented itself, it just really felt like the right thing to do.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to build things. For example, my dad and I built my bed when I was little.
What advice would you give a candidate wanting to join our team?

Deep Knowledge. It’s important for all of us to have deep knowledge in what we do and what we’re working on every day.
What is your hidden talent?
I used to be a pretty good drummer in an actual band.
