What would people never guess you do in your role?

I wear a bunch of hats – schedule, manage, design, collaborate with engineers…just about everything.

What is your favorite Renfrow+Co project that you have been part of?

The John Fairey Bridge was one of my favorite projects because of how different the bridge is. Very cool and very unique. And I got to collaborate with a lot of creative architects as part of the process.

What advice would you give a candidate wanting to join our team?

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, utilize a creative mindset, and have fun. Also, be ready to enjoy working with a great group of teammates.

Before working at Renfrow+Co, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I was a sponsored skateboarder back in the day. I was also a professional Mixed Martial Art fighter.

Who was the most influential person to you as a child?

My mom and my dad. They have always encouraged me to strive to be a better person each day.
